1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Potni Nalog (“Service”) provided by [LEGAL ENTITY] (“we”). By creating an account you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorised to bind it.
2. The Service
An AI-assisted tool to create Slovenian travel orders (potni nalogi), calculate kilometrina and dnevnice, manage receipts, and export/send monthly statements (obračun).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate details, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16.
4. Subscriptions, seats & billing
- Plans: Free, Nalog⁺ (Essential), Nalog MAX (Pro), Podjetje (Business), Računovodstvo (Accounting), as described on the cenik.
- Billing units: solo = per person; business = per employee seat; accounting = per client (€7/s.p. client, €6 per seat for business clients) — or as shown at checkout.
- Fees are stated excl. DDV unless noted; DDV is added per law.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period.
- Refunds: [your policy — e.g. no refunds for partial periods], subject to mandatory consumer rights.
- Payments are handled by Stripe; we don’t store full card data.
5. ⚠️ Accuracy & tax disclaimer (important)
The Service uses AI and may produce incomplete or incorrect output. Generated nalogi, distances, kilometrina and dnevnice are drafts you must review and confirm. We do not provide tax, accounting or legal advice and do not guarantee that any document is tax-valid or compliant. You are solely responsible for the correctness, legality and tax/record-keeping compliance of documents you issue, submit or rely on.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t: break the law; infringe others’ rights; upload data you have no right to; reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; resell without authorisation; or submit unlawful content. Business/accounting customers must have a lawful basis and notice for any third-party (employee/client) data they upload.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it to operate the Service, including sending it to the AI/STT/Maps sub-processors to produce your output (see Privacy Policy §5–6).
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the Service “as is” and “as available”, without uptime guarantees unless a separate SLA is agreed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (OpenRouter/Anthropic/OpenAI, Google Maps, Google Sign-In, Bunny.net, Stripe, email). Their outages or terms may affect the Service; we’re not liable for their acts.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or tax penalties, fines or losses arising from reliance on AI output or generated documents. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use or from third-party data you uploaded without a lawful basis.
12. Term & termination
You may stop and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or legal reasons. On termination, data handling follows the Privacy Policy §7.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes notified in-app or by email. Continued use = acceptance.
14. Governing law & disputes
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts of [Ljubljana] have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Mandatory DDV/consumer rules apply where relevant.
